Chasing the Setting Sun Cruise
As most know here in So Flo the landscape is relatively flat and the roads are mostly straight with lots of peeps and stop lights. I live on the east coast we are most recognized for the sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. I decided to do something different yesterday evening and take a cruise out to the Eastern side of the big lake during the sunset. Wow it was awesome! I got both my girls together, packed a cooler and some chairs and we headed out into the evening setting sun. The weather was chamber of commerce, 30 miles due west on a road that only has 1 stop sign. Through farms and some rural communities to the eastern most part of Lake O'. You can pull off the road and there is a place to park on the top of the dike. On the way home, the mostly full moon was rising from the east. It was a great evening for a 3rd gen vert, actually I think the vert was made for this. Sunset heading out, moonrise heading in! Of course I had to utilize the photo op while I was there...enjoy.

Re: Chasing the Setting Sun Cruise
I live in Wisconsin so mine is under a cover for the winter, I am more than a little jealous. But happy for you. I love a leisurely convertible ride with nowhere in particular to go. It's always hard for me to understand people who don't like convertibles.
