Waxing nostalgic here and reminiscing with a soundtrack I made for a cross country with one of my kids about 15 years back.
I'd never watched the videos until today and go figure..,.


And a truly decadent video it is. But true none the less. I lived it (IROCs excluded at the time). All summer long....






Not one but two (what appear to be) IROCs. Well done Mr. Kid. Including an across the windshield shot looking at the 2nd one.

Can’t tell the year or specs but looks like an early 80s Z28 with some custom wheels to me. It’s from No Man’s Land, fun 80s movie about a car thief who steals Porsches in L.A. with Charlie Sheen and DB Sweeney. It came out in 87’ but like I said the car looks early to me but I’m a Firebird guy.

This one is interesting Carlos. I'm not familiar with the movie. What is the topic in this scene? Supposed to look like (or is?) an F-body assembly line? Clearly not a "real" or live shot, with all the workers in matching jumpsuits. Is there anything at the end thanking GM for it's cooperation in filming (as in they were allowed into Van Nuys to film)?

A couple minutes into the movie Office Space, they show Samir getting PO'ed about being stuck in freeway traffic. he looks to be driving a late 80's formula.
