Very nice. Makes mine look like something you'd step over on the sidewalk. I've tried polishing the aluminum intake and got bored very quickly so I can appreciate the time and effort on yours.

Is there at least a plan of a turbo, a stock 3.1 can not be any less fitting for a car that looks that good.

Re: any really nice Sport Coupe Camaros and/or V6 Firebirds out there? pics please.
Here is my 88 Sport Coupe. The car interior and exterior (minus the rims of coarse) are 100% orginal as far as I can tell. I bought it off of a little old lady down near Birmingham Alabama about 7 years ago for practically nothing. I put it up on the trailer and brought it back to Michigan. The paint is starting to show its age with the fading & peeling of the clear coat so the plan is to paint it this winter. The little V6 is long gone (had a knock which is why I got the car for so cheap) and I put in a very healthy 400 small block with a t56 trans. It's no where near as clean as the others posted in this thread but still looks pretty nice. Best part about the car (those of us in the rust belt can really appreciate) is it completely rust free. Not a spec of it anywhere.

Not to be a deek about it, but sport coupes have no ground effects. These are mostly IROC Z28 and RS clones. I'm hoping this is a feeler for a SC/base bird COTM.

Sorry, but no I won't even fix the A/C in this car again because I do plan to swap to an LSx one day. Just don't have the time or money as I still have a couple years to finish school. Believe me, I wish I at least had a 350 in there, hell even a 305 TPI would be nice.

My first third gen (first car period) built from the ground up by my father and I. 1984 sports coupe. 350 4 bolt main, TH350. Put fog lights in instead of the plastic grilles, found a nice set of Berlinetta parking lamps to replace the Amber ones.

This isn't mine, but an aquaintance's 83 Firebird Iron Duke. AFAIK its all original, he bought it at an estate sale. Was originally owned by an older woman. I see it quite often, he usually attends the same local shows as me.
