i need pictures of your ls1 swap engine bay!
so i wanna put a ls1 in my next car and i cant decide if i want a body color engine bay or black. if i did black, everything would be flat black. no chrome or silver. if colored, i would have body colored accents and some polished aluminum parts.
the color of the car would be a bright blue like a ,i like the color, ford blue. as well as the motor and parts on it(if i went that route)
i need pics of your engine bay to decide. also, what do you guys think? i would also like to do a wire tuck sometime as well

Here is my dad's '92 with LS1+T56 transplant. He couldn't have been happier with the changes and behavior in driving. Good luck with your project!

i like the look of the corvette covers because they hide the ugly stuff. but i dont like to lie. i will prob get a lq4/9 6.0. not a ls1. but for the uneducated person they think corvette motors are always faster lol.
i do want air. but it clutters things up a lot. but im starting to grow on the easier blacked out engine bay. covers oil spills.

heres mine in Semi-gloss, its alittle dusty from pollen since i took these 1 week after paint but it looks pretty good, going 5.3/T56. Has a 4th gen washer tank and coolant tank swapped in, the washer tank is the white cap in the nose filler panel in the first pic.

Re-using the letters doesn't work. You have a C in the right spot, and there is an O, which is good. Maybe you could knock over an E to serve as M but after that you run into trouble. No more letters that work for our cars.
Casting the valve covers in fiberglass to make a negative, fill the Corvette lettering, make a smooth positive, then add CAMARO or FIREBIRD either in paint or some sort of embossed decal would look good I think.
