Hey everyone,
As I'm sure you have noticed, some changes have taken place at thirdgen.org. The website has been sold to a company, as many of you may have heard. The basic purpose of thirdgen.org will not change. It will continue to be the leading third generation F-Body TECH site.
I am posting this to make you guys aware of some things you may not have noticed. First, the rule of three uploaded images per thread is still there. One new feature with the new board is that you can now upload them all in a single post, instead of having to upload one at a time. The search feature is back and running, so as usual, search before posting. The search is a great feature and can help you find what you're looking for without having to wait for someone to reply, if you use it correctly. To get the best results, try changing the words you search for. For example, if you want to see pictures of IROCs with tinted windows, searching for "IROCs with tinted windows" may be too specific to get good results. But trying "tint pictures" or "tinted windows" and looking through the threads may yield the results you are looking for. A lot has been covered before, so please play around with the search for a moment and see what you can find.
As was the case before, this board is for Detailing and Appearance of third generation Camaros and Firebirds. This includes detailing techniques, detailing products, appearance altering modifications such as stripes, rims, spoilers, hoods, etc. If it isn't about a third generation Camaro or Firebird, don't bother posting it please. Also, there is no need to post threads about cars just to bash them. Those threads will be locked.
Another change with the boards is the "Report this post" link. Instead of being a link at the bottom right of a post, it has changed to an image at the bottom left. If you see a post you believe we need to take a look at, do not hesitate to report it by clicking the
button at the bottom left of the post. This will send an email to CaysE and I so we can deal with the post accordingly.
Many people have asked about other changes that may or may not take place. We want to get the Reader's Rides and Decoders sections back up on the main page, but there is no guarantee when that will happen, if at all. Until then, continue to use omnipotentgoku's gallery to look for pictures you may want. He has over 4,000 pictures uploaded there.
All rules in the Rules Sticky still apply. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to PM AmorgetRS, deadbird or myself. Thanks and enjoy the new TGO!

Ladies and gentlemen, please do not post your images of any of the Camaro concepts. This entire website is dedicated to thirdgen Camaros and Firebirds ONLY!

Please use the vBGarage and/or omnipotentgoku's gallery for general picture requests. A little bit of effort can go a long way. Any general color requests will be locked.
Also, as has been the case for years, if someone posts something that doesn't belong, there is no need to let everyone know that you are the coolest person on the street because you posted in it. "IBTL" garbage is not necessary. Just report the post and move on please.
