yo and look at the sides of that hatch it looks like it has vents/louvers in it?

That is one funky looking hatch. Is just the glass opening?

exactly

and while my first car wasn't a 3rdgen... The first car I ever picked out for myself and spent my own money on was a thirdgen.

before that i was just lucky, and kept getting family's old junk cars for free... one needed a battery and a fuel injector, another needed a carb rebuild and ate alternators, the other nothing was wrong with it, it just looked like crap and ran tired as all hell.

when that one burned up i got tired of having a bunch of gay and ugly cars i would've never bought or even drove if i didn't get them for free... so i said "SCREW THIS"

and just went and bought me a Camaro

life has been good ever since

VERY sharp 84 you got there. nice paint, interior looks decent from what I can see too. nice find.

Well, you have one helluva car. My first (actually 3rd) car was a mint 84 Z28 H.O back in 95'. I had a 4 door 87 escort, 87 325is BMW then my first real car. That damn car got me in and out of more trouble than I should have but looking back it was ALL worth it. 4 3rd gen
Camaros later I'm in the assembly phase of a 550 rwhp daily driven 1LE. and drool for the 5th gen Camaro.

Hey guys...I noticed someone saying how it was nice to have young guys on the boards. I've been wanting a camaro for a solid three years now, and at age 18, I just picked up my '87 305 RS. My father and I have a 383 in the works.

Spent a long time looking for her.

I'm pretty excited about it.

hopefully it'll pass the test.

Haha, sorry, I've yet to figure out how to paste in images.

Thanks for letting me know how to get the images in there.

I've actually been asking around in the tranny thread for some help swapping in a manual. I think, for the time being, I'll go with a T-5.

But, regardless, that was an intention of mine. =)

Yes, actually. He said he had an account, I just didn't know how active he was with it. Dark Mavis was his account name. I recently purchased it from him after he bought his '94 camaro.

I'm sure I will. He seems to have left me a solid car to work with.
