Daily Driven Street/Strip Cars with Skinnys and Fattys!
Lets see those daily driven or weekend strip/street cars. Budget cars would be nice. Want to see some cars with skinnys and welds instead of 17s and 18s. Lets see those street machines!

Thx man, the rear Back spacing is 4", and teh front springs are intrax, but I wasn't pleased with the the stance so I modified the intrx just a bit. The front drop when all was said and done was 4" at the Kmember. its pretty much on the ground now.

I was going to ask how those rubbers would act when you get them turning.. if you'd get a bit of bind when you got some speed.

They start to rub pretty good on the inner fenders. I never took it out of my neighborhood, so I don't know how bad they rub at 30 plus.
Very bouncy too, felt like I didn't have anyt shocks on the car.
The rims were 15x8, and I think the slicks were 10" wide.

Mine are Draglites with BF Goodrich Radial T/A on a 15x8 with a 275/60-15(rear) and a 15x7 with a 225/60-15(front). Only down fall my rears rub kind of bad if I over load my car or hit a bump really hard.

Tuned Port 335...what size tires are you running up front?
I have 255/50/16 drag radials mounted on Prostar XPs. Do they make 16x5 fronts? If so what would be the correct tire size for that rim? If I went with a 15x5 fronts what size tire would I need to run to keep it looking right?

Your rear tires are 26.04" tall BTW.
From what i hear they don't make the XP's anymore, so you'd hafta go regular prostar unless you could find some used ones. I could be wrong though.

So because I have wheels that are extremely light, polished, and forged that don't drain my bank account.... that means I have a mu11et?
Interesting.

We all know the 305 is a superior motor to the 350 anyways, right?
And you can talk about Oprah and the bulls all you want, but leave Da Bears out of this. That's just hitting below the belt.

If ur so bad then bring ur rs 355tpi up here and put that up on my 383 and well see what happens. U wanna talk smack and be tough then show it
ooook there guy.. i never once said my car was tough, fast, or is better than yours or anyone elses who was talking about that?? no one.. so stop trying to be tough.. i was making fun of hair do's.. im not going to have a johnson measuring contest with you.. i dont drag race so i could care less what your car does.. just like i could care less about a LS7.. whooopeee
so if you need to race people in your car to make yourself feel better.. by all means go for it.. just make sure the window is down to let the wind glide through your ape drape..

am i reading this right? you registered last month and already have over 1000 posts. man, that's alot of whoring!
anyhow, i'm not sure why you would build a car like this unless you raced it a little. to me, there is no reason to have a thirdgen unless your beatin' on it at the track.
hehe, and my 305 is superior to most daily driven 350s
oh, and you have been warned before about making fun of hairstyles, as it only produces flame wars and nothing good comes of it. this is a tech site, keep it technical.

Those wouldn't be the new Mickey DR's, would they? How do they perform? I'm looking at those for my car too, and everything I have heard about them so far indicate that they are the best on the market right now.
