Mine's painted Chevy Orange, I kind of wish I went with red or black, but I still like it. It gives it an old school look, although its hard to see anyways.

You can't really see the block, but I've got some silver POR15 engine paint ready for it once it comes out next winter. Little bits of blue anodized accessories like the billet fuel pump block off plate, etc...

I was going to have my intake polished, then I saw yours!!!
Definately inspired!
Now I have to decide If I can get away with high-heat enamel (same color as the car), or wait and pay the big bucks to have it anodized.......

Sweet motor!

[EDIT] I just noticed you are from Orland Park. Are you bringing the ride to Hooters in Crystal Lake this Sunday????

They will do whatever you want. Good folks to work with.

I had them make the covers and then I painted them.

Cheers!

Sweet motor!

[EDIT] I just noticed you are from Orland Park. Are you bringing the ride to Hooters in Crystal Lake this Sunday????
Hehe, mines not anodized. Its Duplicolor Metalcast spray paint. Got it at Autozone for like $5 a can. Works greta though. My only advice is buy and use the basecoat spray. The more basecoat you put on, the better it looks when its done. Unless you have a high polish on your parts already, the basecoat is a must.

As far as Hooters, Im still in michigan (school) and I probably wont be back till october/november.
