Stock snorkel intake vs aftermarket single intake???
I have the stock snorkel intake setup on my v6, and i later put in a single aftermarket intake... I cant tell any difference in power or mpg.
People tell me that the stock snorkel is better thatn an aftermarket single intake because it gets cooler air but the air box seems like it has alot of resistance.
What are your thoughts.. Stock snorkel vs single short ram???
When i tap the throttle i hear wayyyy more air being sucked in then the stock setup.
What are your thoughts.?? please and thanks.

The problem with the short style, the engine is breathing hot air from under the hood. An intake routed to outside (cold) air is always best as long as it's big enough and the bends are smooth.
