To all members of the tgo forum. SouthBay has offered a 10% discount on all products for the tgo members for many years. Unfortunately it has not been working so here is an update.

There has been an issue with Paypal accepting promo codes from our website for quite sometime. We've been dealing with their tech support to no avail
They cannot accept the promo code if you pay with your paypal account....HOWEVER, if you pay with a credit card it will go through without a problem.
Go figure....We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone. The code is still the same tg11
If anyone has a problem with checkout that includes the code please contact us and give us a heads up!

Hey South Bay, I tried the promo code and it comes up unavailable.... tried calling you guys but kept getting a disconnected tone. Are you still offering the discount?

Ugh...sorry for the inconvenience. Yes we are... however there is a glitch between paypal and my website that they have not been able to correct. If you pay with paypal it will not accept the code. If you pay with a credit card and enter the code at checkout you'll be fine.

Looks like the website still isn't accepting the discount code. Is the right way to go about getting injectors cleaned to:

• Fill out the service form
• Package the injectors and the service form, then send them in
• Wait until they're done (will get a phone call / email)
• SouthBay will apply a discount and provide a means of paying

Just want to make sure before I send my injectors off. Sent an email a week ago, but haven't heard anything. Figured with the new website and the holiday week, maybe things were a bit busy.

sorry for the inconvenience. The problem is that there is a glitch between paypal and my website with accepting promo codes.
If you try to use the code when paying with your paypal account it will not work.....
If you pay with a credit card instead you should be be fine

Apparently, even after years of fixing the ThirdGen promo code tg11, it still doesn't work. I tried the discount code area in my cart since that is all there is, unless there is something after you pay full. Not sure that'd be the way tho.

Just used the code on a set of Delphi injectors. Code worked just fine. No issues. Used a CC, not paypal.
