this happened to me . went to local advance , ordered a ZOOM clutch kit . not available , they up-graded at same price , good deal . next day picked up clutch , they carried it out to car for me . went to unload , seemed light , ckd. contents . small clutch (6-8") for some sort of import , not even ZOOM brand . O.K. went back to advance , they ckd. , they said something wrong here . they ordered another clutch kit , went to pick-up this morning . opened at counter , same thing someone had swapped in a cheap import clutch kit . they had left original shrink wrap inside box . both ZOOM boxes had ordered part #'s on box . O.K. , they ordered again , 1 from ZOOM direct , 1 from warehouse . I know several of the people at local advance as friends . they are really going the extra mile for me . anyway found out that things like this are not uncommon . happens a lot , seems someone along supply chain does this stuff . just a tip , open box at store make sure part is correct . I will pick-up next clutch kit on Friday (should be correct this time) . CHEERS !!!
