SouthBay Fuel Injectors and Hurricane Sandy

Hi all, just wanted to give everyone an update.
As most of you know, we are located on Long Island, NY.
We received a tremendous amount of damage to our property and to our home from the storm. We have not been in the shop for over one week. We can be reached on our business cell phone: 516-492-6504.
We hope to be back to work by the end of the week. We hope that we have not inconvenienced anyone.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!

I hope the damage to your business isn't that bad. I lost a portion of my roofing from that bitch =[.

Re: SouthBay Fuel Injectors and Hurricane Sandy

Thank God our business was safe...just lost internet and phones. We had 6-7 feet of water in our yard and about 3 feet throughout the first floor of our home....we are in the process of gutting it and moving out at the same time. Now we are getting another storm on Wednesday...it's freaking crazy
Sorry to hear about your roof, hope you were safe

Re: SouthBay Fuel Injectors and Hurricane Sandy

prior to sandy hitting the coast, southbay assisted me with a problem with my car. response was fast and curtious. im in need of replacing my injectors and want to convert to an ajustable regulator. my car is garaged until these items are replaced. i will wait until southbay is up and running again to place my order, instead of going elsewhere. take care of home and family first. we will be here.

That being said, Southbay shipped my injectors TODAY. These guys are serious about customer service, and I highly recommend them. Good luck with the storm!

Re: SouthBay Fuel Injectors and Hurricane Sandy

Finished installing Bosch III's from Southbay today. Had some questions before ordering and again during install. I could not recommend Southbay more highly. Questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner with a genuine concern for my issues. Southbay has both a terrific product and superior customer care. Thanks so much.

Re: SouthBay Fuel Injectors and Hurricane Sandy

Even with their Sandy problems, they are still the best.
I sent them my 2 injectors from my 95 gmc 2500 TBI a couple weeks ago.
They include a test report so I could see I was correct in diagnosing a minor leak ( one tested well, one leaked and had poor pattern) cleaned them up and sent them out in less than 48hrs.
Truck runs like new and for less than half the price of 1 new injector! Fuel trim now reads perfect on the scanner.
Heading off to give them a plug on the Chevy truck forum!

Re: SouthBay Fuel Injectors and Hurricane Sandy

Thanks man.

We are hanging in there. Our house is still gutted, can't live there. Live down the block from the water...between our crawl space and the first floor, had about 7 feet of water! First floor and garage totally trashed. Still waiting for FEMA and insurance companies to get back to us.
