Re: Classic Industries Radiator Filler Cover
Very nice. A little too late for me as I scrounged up an OEM piece that was in reasonable shape.
Now, is that part available with the openings for the twin filters and the connection to the intake arrangement for the TPI or TBI versions of these cars?

No it is not. Additionally, we could not find such a part shown or listed in the GM parts diagram in the original GM reference materials we have here in our office. If you happen to have an image of one or if you know the original GM part number, please post it here. Thanks. Have a Happy New Year.

I HAVE one in the shop however the shop is 2500 miles away at the moment. Once I return to it, I'll dig it up and get whatever information I can.
Thanks for thinking about the 3rd gens.
Happy New Year to you too.

Do you have a picture of the radiator filler cover that goes along with those parts?
Edit:
Oops. I see it now. Are the baffles removable from the panel itself? It seems to me they are.

You have to admit, it's an efficient looking unit.
The more I think about it the more likely I think I'll be incorporating the OEM CAI into a sealed 14 x 3 filter case with a single 4" snorkle. (That's as opposed to using the OEM filters and a hat or bonnet.)
