Why not make manifolds if goin turbo? Get the clearance you need or are you using this bbs/cx racing old style single manifold? Or modify the current header last tube

bigger gate will get you better boost control esp lower boost level
44 single may work ok but i would go single 50 or dual 38’s one on each bank for a single turbo

Oh I have the same turbo manifolds as the ones in the pictures above I bought them years ago from somewhere online clearance isn't an issue really my need for 100 percent neatness and zero failure is the problem I want to eliminate problem areas. I.E. #8 and the wastegate but I know I can run this and my air conditioning no problem I don't want to be to close to the plug wire because getting a burnt plug or arching plug is a failure I can remedy before it happens. As far as making my own I would like to try in the future but I'm going to design it and have it made from cast stainless and it will closely resemble that of the syclone/typhoon.

Re: xs-power / SSAC single turbo "kit"

After mocking up my XS headers and looking at clearance I'm going to be purchasing the CX racing single turbo headers because my wife and kids want air conditioning I could probably modify the a/c box for clearance but I think the CX racing headers will be the best for my set up without driving around a green house because these cars with t-tops get hot here in Nevada
