Borg Warner/BWD Coils

A Borg Warner Coil labeled as BWD Select.

Take alook at the page in the link talking about how they are built then give me your opinion please. I think I may have found a coil at a decent price acceptable for a DD that may see a track once and awhile. = http://www.bwdbrand.com/SELECT-SELECT%20Coils/Content.aspx

Here’s where I originally found it. = http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/BWD1/E46.oap?ck=Search_e46_-1_3101&keyword=e46

Re: Borg Warner/BWD Coils

It did an excellent job of replacing a bad Accel Super Coil that as far as I can tell has been a gremlin in my car for a long time. It finally quit in downtown traffic. Since the replacement the car feels much smoother and has a little more pep.

Those drive on tow trucks are pretty big rigs.

Re: Borg Warner/BWD Coils

Ive had a lot of accel crap break on me over hte past few years. SOme of it was warranty replacement stuff but after two modules and the super coil I'm sticking with Borg Warner stuff from here on out. Never had a borg warner ignition part fail on me yet. Im sure they will eventually, but I already feel like it's better quality stuff than Accel. I will never buy Accel stuff again.
