Megashifter adjustment issues (video)

Since I'm getting no respone in the transmission section I'm going to post this here as well for guys needing help exactly where I'm at in the process of installation of the megashifter. I've searched and searched and even brought up old threads about this subject and have come to no answer. Video tells all.

Re: Megashifter adjustment issues (video)

The new shifter bracket should attach directly to the shifter shaft, not onto the stock bracket as you have it.

Re: Megashifter adjustment issues (video)

100% what fast82z said. You have to remove the stock gear selector arm, then install the one that came with the shifter onto that shaft. You should notice the bolt hole on the Megashifter bracket is kinda oval shaped so it can engage the 2 flat spots on the shaft coming out of the transmission.
